I've looked at this piece for a few weeks now and it doesn't get old on me. I like the lighting and the makeup work is really intriguing. I can't say the image tells a story, but it has a near surreal feeling to it, that made me do several checks it wasn't a 3d render. (yes I know the description says otherwise.)
This kind of effect really is more a commendation for the makeup and the lighting.
My only negative comments would be, with so much care taken to her look. I would think the hairs hanging down along the back of her hand would be a bit tidier, it seems more frayed than a clean sharp look and the bracelet on the left arm is clearly pinching and deforming the models forearm. It distracts and could be corrected pretty easily.
Thanks for the chance to critique this. best wishes, I don't love all your stuff but wow some of the images you share take my breath away.
First the makeup is outstanding. Is the diamond shape on her forehead just makeup or is it a gem glued on? Outfit, hair everything is just spot on. The lighting is classical and refined. Just the right amount of shadow and light.
